Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for Fintutor subscriptions, and explains how refunds for student purchases are handled.

1.Platform subscriptions (tutors)

Subscription fees tutors pay Fintutor for their plan are generally non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period and is not renewed.

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a billing problem, contact us within 7 days and we will review it and, where appropriate, issue a refund to your original payment method.

2.Student purchases (courses & memberships)

Courses, memberships and coaching are sold by individual tutors through their own payment gateway — Fintutor does not collect or hold these payments. Refunds for student purchases are governed by the refund policy of the academy you bought from, and are issued by that tutor.

If you bought from an academy and want a refund, contact that academy directly. We can help mediate if a tutor is unresponsive.

3.How to request a refund

Email shahnawaz.proteanminds@gmail.com from the address on your account, with your order or subscription reference and the reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

4.Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–7 business days for the amount to appear.

5.Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
