Account information you provide — name, email, password and any profile details. For tutors, this also includes academy and payout-configuration details.
Usage data — pages viewed, courses accessed, learning progress and device/browser information, used to operate and improve the service.
Payment information — handled by our payment partners (e.g. Razorpay). We do not store full card numbers; we receive only confirmation and reference details.
2.How we use your data
To provide the service: create your account, deliver courses, process subscriptions, issue certificates and send transactional emails.
To improve and secure the platform, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.
To send you product and marketing updates where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
3.How we share data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the platform — payment gateways, email delivery, cloud hosting and our AI provider — under appropriate confidentiality terms.
Students' data belongs to the tutor whose academy they joined; that tutor acts as a separate controller for their own student relationships.
4.Data security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, encrypted secrets at rest and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and notify you of material breaches as required by law.
5.Your rights (DPDP)
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you may access, correct, export or delete your personal data. You can export your data and request deletion from your account settings, or by contacting us.
6.Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences, and limited analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7.Children
The platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
